We are creating a truly unique waterfront development. NoMo Nowa Motława will offer intimate apartments with views overlooking the pier along the Moltawa river embankment in Dolne Miasto Gdańsk area (Kamienna Grobla 2).
The form and materials selected to build NoMo allude to the style of old fishermen houses. Today, the development will also feature a cafe, restaurant and a jazz club.

NoMo comprises 20 one-of-a-kind apartments with a turn-key standard, ranging in floor area from 27m2 and up.
Here you can find peace and quiet. However, it takes just a short walk to get to the famous Neptune’s Fountain or to a concert at the Polish Baltic Philharmonic.
The building consists of two sections connected by a gate passage. The development includes commercial spaces on the ground floor and the basement level to let to the restaurant, café and wellness providers.
An open-access water sports dock is planned to be available for docking boats right in front of the building.
A hushed lobby with baggage storage area and key deposit boxes will facilitate making your apartment available to your guests.
Accessed by a ramp, the NoMo underground level is to incorporate storage room for dock users with boat equipment and kayak storage, as well as additional space for small repairs.

NoMo is situated in Dolne Miasto, a vigorously developing Gdańsk district which boasts a number of green areas and a preserved historic urban layout.
The redevelopment schemes have now been in place to transform the character of this place, and the old buildings are restored to their past glory. Newly-built residential and commercial facilities and contemporary recreational spaces have been added to these historic developments. NoMo is a part of this change.

Our story began back in the early 1980s, when we launched our business as lead designer and contractor of for commissioned projects. In 1993, we consolidated our 10 years’ experience by becoming a property developer.
Over the years,, we have completed more than 120 projects in Poland and abroad, including 30 buildings with over 4,200 apartment units in Warsaw and Gdańsk.
